Christmas Breakfast Recipes

Christmas time is a time for family, friends, giving, and brightening each others day. Gifts and money are good but what really brightens some ones day is great food. Cook your friends and family a killer breakfast lunch or dinner and they will forgive you for the tire pressure gauged and nail clippers in the stocking. Lucky for you we have some easy breakfast recipes that taste incredible. You don't have to work too hard to put a smile on their faces and better yet it doesn't have to cost as much as the new smart phone. Try one of our favorite Christmas breakfast recipes.

First off Christmas Egg Casserole. In just under 1 hour you can have a delicious breakfast casserole loaded with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, and happiness. You can make this the night before to save you from waking up extra early and it only takes one pan if you use a cast iron skillet. This is a no brainer for someone looking for a straight forward breakfast casserole that wont take all day. The next breakfast recipe is good ole French Toast with the option of cream cheese spread. The foundation to great French toast is thick bread. If you are cooking for people who don't often have French toast simply making sure you have extra thick bread (1/2 to 3/4 inches) will enhance breakfast by itself. In 30 minutes you can whip out food that can make this Christmas memorable. Lastly, Maple Cream Cheese Berry Crepes. Crepes are the least common homemade breakfast item of these three but it shouldn't be. Our recipe will walk you through exactly how to make them. If we are being honest it is almost the same thing as a really thin pancake. If you can make pancakes you can make crepes.
