You should grill a pork shop until it is 145°F. This is the recommended safe temperature for pork. The time will vary depending on how thick the pork chop is but you can plan on up to 30 minutes with the pellet grill set to 375°F.

How to cook pork chops on the grill?

The how long and the how to, are the most asked question when grilling pork chops. How to cook pork chops is simple. Use what you have and don't over cook it. You can use a pellet grill, oven, pan, and a smoker. The secret is to make sure to get a sear. This is where you turn the heat up high (500°F+) for a few minutes and almost char the surface. Our image does a good job of showing the finishing sear. Cook until about 10°F below your finishing temperature (145°F) and finish with a high sear. If you are using an oven make sure to sear it on a pan with a little bit of oil rather than broiling it in the oven.
