Cinnamon French Toast Pull Aparts
Soft, fluffy and gooey cinnamon sugar pull apart bread. You'll be shocked at how easy and delicious this recipe is, you'll want to make it over and over again! A family favorite!
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
Preheat oven or Deluxe Outdoor Camping Oven to 400 degrees.
Pour butter into cast iron muffin pan, coating the bottom and sides of each cup. Set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Unwrap package of cinnamon rolls and set icing aside. Cut rolls into 8 pieces each and place in the egg mixture, stirring to coat. Put 3-4 pieces into each muffin cup. Spoon some of the remaining egg mixture over the top of each cup. Drizzle each cup with about a teaspoon of maple syrup.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. Spoon some icing over each muffin, while still hot.
Using a knife to loosen, gently remove muffins from the pan and serve warm.
