1 pound whole carrots
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
Coarse sea salt and pepper
Honey Roasted Carrots
Preheat Artisan Outdoor Oven or pellet grill to 400°F.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter in a cast iron skillet. Add the carrots and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the carrots start to get soft.
Remove from oven and cover in honey, add the remaining butter and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
