    So, if you read my post about the Victory Muffins, this is a slight adjustment. The slight part being adding chocolate! The flavor is so mild, that it really lends well to a cookie. The texture is a bit cakey, but I was so pleased with the results! I feel victorious!!! I hope you like them as much as I (and my kids) do!

    Marinated Salad with Lettuce

    I wanted a salad and decided to try another retro version. Definitely not the ranch laden salad I usually eat, but this was pretty good. It was almost like a 3 bean salad, but not as sweet.
