Pursuit 20 Portable Pellet Grill is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from First Pellet Grill I’ve been looking for it seems like years for a nice pellet grill and for the price and its movable quality I picked this one. Overall I like it. It does hold four racks of ribs but turning them is a hassle because of the spacing. Burgers are the same but mainly on the bottom rack. The temperature isn’t all that in consistency but I’m not to worried about that since it’s not hugely off. It also puts out a good amount of smoke? You will have a problem without a shelf though. I’m looking at that magnet one on Amazon to help me out. For a first pellet grill I’m happy with it. I’ll eventually move up to the big dollar ones some day but for now I love the taste of the bar-b-que on this grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grill This is my first pellet grill . I was looking for something that i can take with me on the vacation and also use at home . I researched all major player's grills for about a month and ended up with two choices : GMG Davey Crockett and Camp Chef Pursuit. GMG wifi feature seems like a great idea but i have read many reviews that state this feature is buggy and often doesn't work . Also Gmg grill looked smaller than Pursuit. The Pursuit is big enough to cook two 13lb briskets at the same time . So far i smoked pork butt , ribs, baby back ribs , brisket , flat iron steaks , hamburgers and everything comes out juicy and delicious. I have used the grill when the temperature outside was in the teens and temperature of the grill was pretty stable + - 15 degrees from preset 225 . I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little smoker ! I bought this little smoker 6 months ago when my electric smoker finally died. I wanted to first try the smaller one to see if I really liked pellet smokers before I bought a more expensive one. I absolutely love it! The one complaint is the meat probes are pretty cheap. My first one went out after 3 uses (they give you two) and replacements through Camp Chef are $30 + shipping. It is also a lot heavier than I thought it would be. Other than that, it works like a charm and is hands down better than my old Masterbuilt electric smoker. The best feature over Traeger is the ash trap removal door. That alone sold me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Nicer than I had anticipated. Works well and the features are great. It's a bit heavy for one person to handle as far as being "portable", but I prefer the superior quality so it's a non-issue for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible drainage I've been doing a Boston butt on this thing and the grease does not drain it all . The Pan does not have enough slant on it in either direction to drain the grease and to drain it to the grease pot. So all my agrees keeps splattering up coming out the vent holes and on to my concrete. This is a terrible design. Very unhappy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Smoker, Except........ I bought this smoker to keep in my RV, it is a good sort-of portable smoker. The weight is the biggest issue with a "portable" smoker, but the overall quality of the smoker to cook makes up for the weight. The one issue I have with it is the weak and poorly designed way the folding legs are retained while up or down, the weak pushbuttons have all broken with-in a month, so now I use a small bungee cord to hold the legs while in the folded position. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great grill!! this is our first pellet grill and we could not be happier. Easy to move and set up. the cooking area was perfect for two slabs of ribs on the top rack. Start up and temp control were spot on. Nice smoke flavor at the end. Pellet consumption for six hours of run time seemed minimal.
