Fully adjustable heat-control dials, three damper valves, and a door thermometer will help you control internal temperatures throughout the cooking process. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for cooking, once assembled First, I love this smoker and Camp Chef products. I rate this at 4 stars because while assembling mine, I had parts that did not line up. The problem items were the lining up of the burner, knob and bezel. As a result, the knob does not quite turn as freely as it is designed to. Other than that, I have had good results cooking!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! SUPER VALUE!! ALL positive! Takes a couple of hours to get the hang of temperature control, but worth the study. Lots of room. Jerky {both turkey & beef} turned out super with hickory. Ribs to die for! Smoked Cod WOW! A tank of LP goes a very long way.
