This simple smoker cooks your meat low and slow with a heavy-gauge steel wood chip try and water pan to infuse it with a delicious flavor you can’t get any other way. Use the Smoke Vault for a variety of foods from ribs to a whole turkey or even baked pies. Fully adjustable heat-control dials, three damper valves, and a door thermometer will help you control internal temperatures throughout the cooking process. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great smoker and oven I have had it 1 year and it is fantastic. I use it to smoke, bake ham, chicken, roasts, pies, muffins, bread, and I can go on. One of the most versatile outdoor cooking systems I have. I use this except for the winter when it is just too cold for me to cook with this outside. I have no issues with the entire system, and it has worked very well and very efficient on propane. It is used weekly and some times several times per week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks well buit! My 18" Smoke Vautl just arrived yesterday, very well packed, arrived quite Ok, very minor tears in the box. Simple to follow assembling instructions. Seasoned it last night, and doing my first attempt to smoke some pork shoulder ribs today. Will post after I get the feel of it. My first time using a propane smoker, so far I have always used a charcoal/wood. smoker!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made and easy to use. Looked at all other gas units and decided to go with the Camp Chef rep. Pretty easy to assemble. Don't bother with a drill for screws. They grip without a wrench when screwing down. _x000D_ Wish flame control was more concise, with a clicking in small increments knob. _x000D_ Like the idea that I can take this with us, breakfast bake ect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great smoker After looking at more smokers then I can count I found this beauty. I love it, since getting it I don't even use the BBQ anymore! Once you get the hang of the vents you can dial it in and keep the temperature exactly where you want it. It's small enough and with a propane tank you can take it camping. I couldn't be happier with this product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from MOSTLY HAPPY Mostly happy with this unit, although I have to work at getting the smoke wood going sometimes. We always "load it up" and freeze the extras for future consumption. Beef ribs are spectacular smoked. Will smoke some meatloaf for Thanksgiving tomorrow....along with kielbasa and a pork loin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for cooking, once assembled First, I love this smoker and Camp Chef products. I rate this at 4 stars because while assembling mine, I had parts that did not line up. The problem items were the lining up of the burner, knob and bezel. As a result, the knob does not quite turn as freely as it is designed to. Other than that, I have had good results cooking!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product! SUPER VALUE!! ALL positive! Takes a couple of hours to get the hang of temperature control, but worth the study. Lots of room. Jerky {both turkey & beef} turned out super with hickory. Ribs to die for! Smoked Cod WOW! A tank of LP goes a very long way.
