Spinach and Bacon Omelet
Don't limit eggs to just a "breakfast food." They are so much more. Enhance any meal with this spinach and bacon omelet.
Preheat cast iron skillet and/or Flat Top Grill. Whip four large eggs in a bowl until combined. Prep the cooking surface with a tablespoon of butter. Spread eggs evenly in your pan over medium-low heat. While eggs are turning a delicious golden brown, toss your desired meat and veggies on another skillet/pan over medium-low heat. Add cheese, meat, and veggies to your eggs. Roll your omelete from end to end. Enjoy a fluffy, cloudlike treat.
