Carne Asada Tacos
Street tacos are always a favorite. These carne asada street tacos are simple to make and never disappoint!
- Flank steak, thinly sliced - 2-3 lbs
- Orange juice - 2 quarts
- Juice and zest from limes - 2
- Garlic, minced - 5 cloves
- Cilantro, chopped - 1 bunch
Place steak in gallon zip lock bag, add orange juice and zest from limes, garlic and cilantro. Marinate for at least 6 hours or up to 24 hours.
Remove from marinate, salt and pepper. Grill steak or smoke in pellet grill at high smoke then reverse sear until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees F.
Chop up steak and serve with chopped onions, cilantro and warm tortillas.
