Open your Sushezi and lightly oil the inside. Wet your hands to help in the handling of the rice. Pack 1/2 cup of sushi rice mixture into each side of the Sushezi. |

Add your favorite filling. Anything from traditional fish to all types of fruits and vegetables. Or, if you have a sweet tooth, replace the rice with fudge and fill the center with nuts, creme, or candy. |
