If you're looking for a little kick in the morning to get you going, try these steak and sriracha breakfast burritos. The protein will keep you going all day, and the sriracha adds just the right amount of spice.
- Petite steaks - 3-4
- Sriracha - 1/4 cup
- Eggs - 8
- Hash browns - 1 bag, shredded
- Cheese - 16 oz, shredded
- Tortillas - 8
Preheat your Flat Top Grill or griddle to medium heat. While you wait, season the steaks generously with salt and pepper. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
Once the griddle is ready to go, drizzle a little oil on the surface, and cook the steaks for 30-60 seconds. Begin slicing them into short strips and cook through.
While the the steak cooks, start browning the hash browns on the other side of the griddle. Cook until slightly crisp.
Remove the steak from heat and let rest.
Pour the eggs where the steak was cooking to absorb the flavor and oil. If preferred, you can also pour the eggs into the hash browns and cook together. Add the Sriracha as the eggs are starting to scramble.
In open space on the griddle, place however many tortillas you can to warm for a minute. Begin building each burrito with your desired combination of steak, eggs, hash browns, and cheese. Roll each tortilla, and place seam down on the griddle to seal.
Serve warm and enjoy!
