| Chicken Roll-Ups |
Ingredients
4-6 thin slices ham
4-6 slices velveeta cheese
4-6 chicken breasts, flattened
Creamy White Sauce:
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 C. chicken broth
1 C. half and half
2 tsp. dijon mustard
Cooking Instructions
To prepare chicken: flatten chicken breasts, place ham slice and cheese on chicken. Roll up jelly-roll style and hold with toothpick.
Place mushrooms in large ziploc- add flour and shake to coat. Melt butter in dutch oven, add mushrooms and saute. Add broth & cream, stir until thickened. Add mustard, then add prepared chicken.
