15 BOTTOM COALS
3 lbs. BEEF ROAST
2 RED BELL PEPPERS
2 GREEN BELL PEPPERS
10 TO 12 WHOLE MUSHROOMS
1 LARGE ONION
2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
3 C. COOKED RICE
MARINADE SAUCE
3 GARLIC CLOVES CRUSHED
3/4 C. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 tsp. PEPPER
3 Tbsp. BRWON SUGAR
Cooking Instructions
MARINATE BEEF WITH SAUCE FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS. TAKE MARINATED BEEF AND SEAR ON ALL SIDES IN THE DUTCH OVEN. COOK BEEF FOR ABOUT 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL IT REACHES 155 DEGREES. SLICE BEEF THIN, SLICE PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, AND ONION, ADD GARLIC AND COOK IN BEEF DRIPPINS FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES. SERVE OVER HOT RICE
