The 16 x 37 inch Professional Flat Top Griddle features 592 square inches of cooking surface, restaurant style high sides and a convenient grease drain. We've added heat diffuser plates to the bottom to distribute heat across the entire surface, reducing "hot spots." This flat top griddle comes with Camp Chef's true-seasoned finish so it is ready to use right out of the box. A grease cup holder is included with the griddle. This griddle fits over three burners on Camp Chef 16" Cooking System stoves.
