Camp Chef,

I wanted to drop you a line. I believe there is someone that you may want to work with. Chef Kurt (Ploetz) was in charge of all the food for an upscale fundraising reception that I was attending.

The food was incredible and I was very impressed with the equipment he showed up with.

There were rave reviews from all of the attendees and Chef Kurt, with his "down home", comfortable attitude was a hit!

Hi,
This is John Smeraglio owner of the Deschutes Canyon Fly Shop in Maupin Oregon, and I have been working with the Wild Winds Ranch for several years conducting Fly fishing Classes and Guided trips. I am also involved with their "Youth Camps" helping kids get started with fly fishing skills. During these events Kurt Ploetz has had his BBQ's set up and has cooked some fantastic meals, and I mean,.. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. He does a wonderful job and he really enjoys explaining to people the variety of ways you can prepare and cook all kinds of meals and desserts. I really look forward to events knowing that Chef Kurt will be there cooking up something very tasty.

Just wanted to thank you for your support of Chef Kurt. We've really enjoyed having him out to the Ranch a few times this past year.

Our guests rave about his cooking and your products are definitely getting the 'once over' by all who attend our events. Chef Kurt is really good about 'teaching' as he cooks and it's been such a hit that we've asked him to attend our youth camps this summer to teach the kids how to 'outdoor cook'.
