Get out your Dutch ovens, camps stoves, and all the rest of your camping gear...it's time to go to the lake, visit Oregon's State Park and have some good old family fun! It's Summertime!

Visit my website and check out my calendar page, I have lots of things going on this summer. First weekend at the Hanley Farms was a big turnout. One of the biggest events of the years so far.

I start visiting the Oregon State Parks in July and I have lots of new recipes to share with you at my classes and public demonstrations...so come on out!

In case you haven't heard, I've been accepted as a Partner in the Oregon150 Project.
On February 14th, 2009, Oregon is turning 150, and we think that calls for a party, don't you agree? It's all our opinion here that Oregon is the greatest state in the Union. Think about it...beautiful spacious skies, amber waves of grain, purple mountain majesties, fruited plains - that's us all right! I'll keep you up to date on events I will be involved with celebrating the Oregon sesquicentennial.

I am still looking for recipes to be included in my 2008 Cookbook, submit yours today at my website.
