Food Smokers

While many smokers may have just enough power to dry jerky Camp Chef's Smoke Vaults are propane powered to give you a wider range of usable heat. This makes them perfect for making Jerky, smoking fish, preparing tasty ribs or smoking full cuts of meat. Because we use propane as a power source, our Smoke Vaults can also be used as large ovens and can easily cook full chickens, turkeys, as well as bake potatoes and pies.
We offer two different sized Smoke Vaults; our 18" compact style or our high capacity 24" version. Both Smoke Vaults include two standard smoking racks, a jerky rack, water pan and cast iron chip plate so you can add the wood flavoring of your choice. We offer several great accessories for our smokers including additional wire racks, rib racks and sausage hooks. Also, be sure to check out our Chicken Roasters and infamous Turkey Cannon roaster as they can be used in conjunction with our smokers.
