FAQ's on Accessories

Q: What is your accessory warranty?
Our accessories are covered by the following limited* warranty.

Manufacturer warrants accessories and ancillary products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (paint and finish excluded) for 90 days from the day of purchase.

Within this period, manufacturer will correct any defects by repairing or replacing defective parts of the equipment or making available the parts thereof, FOB Logan, UT 84321. (You are responsible for freight charges)

Manufacturer will not be obligated to repair or replace equipment that has been repaired by others, abused, altered or misused. Furthermore, manufacturer will not be held liable for any losses due to neglectful operation on the part of the purchaser.

Upon the expiration of such warranty, all liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returned merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. Prior written approval and a return authorization number must be obtained. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Paint Finish is not covered by this limited warranty or any implied warranty.

Turkey Cannon
Q: Can I use the liquid in the Turkey Cannon when I'm done cooking?
You should discard the liquid in the cannon after you are done cooking.
Q: How would you suggest I thaw my bird?
The best way to thaw a frozen bird is to put in the refrigerator and let it thaw out completely (this could take a day or two). If you are in a hurry, you can put the turkey under running cold water and leave it for about 24 hours. The turkey needs to be completely thawed before cooking.
Q: Would you suggest injecting the meat before cooking?
We feel that if you inject the bird you will very pleased with the results and have a very tasty and juicy bird. The Turkey Cannon adds these to the bird as it is, but a little extra never hurts.
Q: Should I use the tender timer that comes in the turkey?
We suggest using a meat thermometer to check the temperature of the bird. Poultry is done when it reaches 170 degrees and most tender timers let the bird get to 180 or 185 degrees before it pops out and by that time the bird is very done and dry.
Q: Is turkey the only poultry type I can cook on the Turkey Cannon?
You can cook any poultry that will fit on the cannon.
