The 16 x 24 inch Professional Flat Top Griddle features restaurant style high sides and convenient grease drain. We've added heat diffuser plates to the bottom to distribute heat across the entire surface and reduce "hot spots." This flat top griddle comes with Camp Chef true-seasoned finish, so it's ready to use right out of the box. A grease cup holder is included with the griddle. - Will this griddle fit on the two burner stoves?
- This griddle is specifically made for the three burner stoves and is part of our 16" Cooking System. Look for the SG30 and SG60 Griddle as they are designed specifically for two burner stoves using the 14" Cooking System.

- Can I use this griddle on my home stove indoors?
- As long as it fits and you get even heat throughout the entire griddle to prevent the twisting in the steel. If it fits properly over your range burners it will function just like any traditional household steel griddle.
