Chicken is one of those foods that can either taste really good or not so good. There really isn't middle ground with chicken. To much of that or this seasoning, or to little, can make the difference on chicken. Fortunately, we found a rather fool-proof way to cook great tasting chicken with very little effort. What did we do? Grabbed some poultry seasoning, two cans of beer, alder pellets, and smoked it. And by far it turned out to be some of the best chicken to be had here at Camp Chef HQ.
