With St. Patrick's Day fast approaching, we've been thinking of recipes we haven't tried before. After a quick web search and brain storming session we found this yummy goodness that takes only minutes to make. We did modify it a bit. Instead of putting it all in a single pan, we used our cast iron muffin topper pan to make individual servings. The end result was no left-overs and clean-up in the kitchen was a cinch! We hope you enjoy our take on an Irish recipe.
We have a local restaurant that is a family favorite and before you get your juicy steak, they serve homemade rolls and corn pone. These rolls are special and unique though. They are not dense and sweet like Texas Roadhouse, but flaky and light almost like a fluffy biscuit.

If you are looking for a fun, simple, family fun activity to do for thanksgiving look no further! These cupcakes are very easy to make and are the perfect addition to any fall get together. These cute turkey cupcakes would also make the perfect activity for the kids on thanksgiving. Plus it would be a great way to keep them entertained during football!
What is Banana Perch, and who wants to eat it?
Well it all started out with these guys!
Yep! These bananas have seen better days. I guess that’s what happens when you go camping and forget to eat them! In an effort to save the life of the banana I decided to whip up some banana muffins.
This was a fun one to try. It is actually 2 recipes in one (you lucky reader!). First, I wanted to make something with the Oregon cherries my husband purchased canned last year. I also was very intruiged with the recipe for âHot Water Pie Crustâ. Could it be done? I have watched Martha make this many times and the theme is always cold cold cold, so I wondered if it would really work!
