  • Savory Aebleskiver

We recently cooked up some delicious apple aebleskivers, but really wanted to try something less sweet and more savory. Once you have the base to this recipe you can play with it and add almost anything. We added shallots, spinach, tomato, and cheese. We all agreed that they would be delicious with bacon or sausage as well. Here is the basic batter recipe.

    Ingredients:

  • Stuffed Mushrooms in an Aebleskiver Pan

If you like mushrooms, you’ll love this recipe! It is super fun and a great way to use our cast iron aebleskiver pan. It makes about 14 mushrooms and will take you about 30-40 minutes.

  • Aebelskiver Eyeballs

Have you been looking for a creative Halloween Breakfast? Well look no further because these Aebelskiver Eyeballs are just as fun to eat as they are to make!

Camp Chef makes a Cast Iron Aebleskiver Pan that cooks these little balls inside and out
perfectly. The heaviness of the pan helps with the even cooking for each Aebleskiver and the seasoned finish helps the batter not stick to the pan.
