Well, its officially Spring in Utah. If you are from Utah you know that means sun, wind, rain and snow all in the same day. I was craving hamburgers on the Camp Chef stovefor dinner. My husband,being the great man he is,bundled up and headed outside to grill up some burgers for the family. I didn’t want to go to the store to find a side dish so I dug through the pantry to see what I could find. Elbow noodles, cream of chicken soup and salsa. Hmmm…so I began throwing it together. I cooked the noodles then drained them, added 1 can of cream of chicken soup, a little bit of milk and salsa and stirred it all together. I then put some shredded cheese on top and let it melt. It was amazing! I wasn’t sure the kids would want to eat it or not but once they tasted it, they loved it. Definitely no left overs there. Hamburgers,Mexican mac and cheese and some pepperoncini’s , now thats my kind of dinner.
