I must say he has developed some “mad life skills” (hear it, thought it sounded good, used it, don’t understand it though…mad?) around the cooking equipment. He is particularly fond of the Smoke Vault. When he said he was going to inject and smoke a couple chickens for Sunday dinner his mom and I couldn’t have been happier.
It really did taste as good as it looked. Low and slow, use your temp gauge and stop at 160 on the breast. It will finish up about 165. Thighs ran in about 175.
