IDOS World Championship Cook off 2012 - Wil & Jen Ward

On March 15th – 17th the International Dutch Oven Society hosted the 2012 World Championship Cook Off at the annual International Sportsmen’s Expo in Salt Lake City, UT. We asked 7 time World Championship Cook Off finalists Wil and Jen Ward if we could tag along to see what it’s like to compete at this level of cooking. They graciously obliged.

Here’s a video that highlights our day with Wil and Jen during the semi-finals of the World Championships. As a side note, check out the rules these teams have to follow (click here for rules). No powered applicances, no stoves, everything has to be made in a Dutch oven and that’s just to name a few.
