Things You'll Need:

  • Fish
  • Oil
  • Hi Mountain Western Gourmet Fish Seasoning
  • Wasabi (optional)
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Apricot Preserves

Grilled Peaches

  • Slightly firm Peaches
  • Olive Oil and Chopped Onions (put where pit was)
