One of my friends introduced me to this SURPRISINGLY, yummy Fresh Cranberry Salsa over cream cheese dip. Feeling festive, and wanting to share my new delicious recipe, I thought I would make it for my fellow co-workers here at Camp Chef. I chose to serve it on our Cast Iron Pizza Pan.
- One 12oz bag of cranberries
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1-2 jalapeño peppers, seeded & chopped
- ¼ bunch chopped cilantro
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 T. Cumin
- Two 8oz blocks of cream cheese
Finely chop all above ingredients, add sugar and cumin,
then stir together.
Spread 16 oz softened cream cheese onto platter and top with salsa.
Serve with crackers or chips, and enjoy at your next holiday party.
