Canning Salsa and “Glamping” with the Reluctant Entertainer

It’s that time of year again. The fruit and vegetables are ripe and canning season is in full swing. I have been talking to several people who have been busy canning this year’s local harvest. One of which is our friend Sandy Coughlin, who recently found the joy of canning on the back patio. She canned some appetizing Smokey Zucchini Salsa. Get her recipe, tips, and secrets here.
