Freezer Corn Day!
I have to say…. This is a first for me!
I am definitely still learning about canning and food storage, but as of late I have been trying to work on some of my food storage options (like for example actually having food storage). I love corn on the cob! It is one of the best summer foods, in my opinion.

We decided to put it to the test…
Use a liner…. Or just good ole cast iron!
To make peach cobbler the ingredients are simple. We used a yellow cake mix and followed the directions on the back of the box. However instead of water we used the peach juice.

Sorry to get back to you so late, but I just HAD to tell you what I made with those ladyfingers! I made a Charlotte Russe. A Charlotte Russe is a gelatin based cake which is surrounded by a crown of ladyfingers. You can make it in a few different flavors, but since I had to taste it (I don’t usually do creamy desserts) I made it a strawberry version.
