Burnt Almonds
Read MoreI am still debating if I was successful with this recipe or not! The sugar did some wierd things and I didn’t follow it exactly. I will share with you what I did, but stick with the original if you like it better!
These were pretty good! They would be awesome as a snack or even in a salad. And if you like cinnamon, please add more!

Read MoreThe older I get the more I think that the pairing of dark chocolate and mint are a way of life! I remember getting my dad a pack of Andes mints every Christmas. Now, I find myself checking out at the grocery store and seeing them in the conveyor belt. They seem to just jump into my cart!

Persimmons
Read MoreI got 2 persimmons and was dying to use them. I did a little research on them (aka google) and found that there are 2 types. One is a french and the other japenese.
