Thanks to Mark Wilkins for sending us these great pictures from their 4-day weekend competing in the Festival of the West Chuckwagon Cook-off.
They came home with first place overall!

It looks like a good time was had by all! I was not there, however I know that the passion of Mark and his team shows in every entree! Just MAGNIFICENT! Good job Mark and crew, congratulations!

I stumbled on to this link through CampChef. I’d like to know when and where this was held?
I’ve gotten interested in Dutch oven cooking through Boy Scouts, and just bought my first sourdough starter culture. I am interested to learn more about both!
