Employee favorites cont. – Watergate Salad and Dressing

These are two of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes.  Both are simple, and are always a hit at our family Thanksgiving dinners.  Hope you enjoy them. 

Guy

Watergate Salad

1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 package pistachio pudding mix (instant)
1 can un-drained crushed pineapple
½ cup chopped pecans
1 ½ cups cool whip

Combine:  Marshmallows, dry pudding mix, pineapple and nuts
Stir in: Thawed cool whip
Refrigerate: 1 hour

Dressing

1 loaf wheat bread, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ to ¾ can water
1 tablespoon minced onions (dried)
1 tablespoon sage

    At what temperature and for how long should the dressing bake/cook?
