Throwdown: Cranberry Cinnamon Turkey

14 pound turkey
One gallon water
One gallon Cranberry Juice (or equivalent in concentrate, more if desired)
One pound brown sugar
Three Tablespoons cinnamon
One cup Kosher Salt
