    • Will the BBL30 and the SG30 fit on the EX60LW at the same time with the wind screen off?
    • Both the BB30L and SG30 will fit side by side on an EX60LW. You are even welcome to leave the wind screen on, but keep in mind that the lid of the grill box may not open all the way..

    • Is windscreen removable, and if so how easy is it to do i.e. can you take in on and off depending on what you're cooking and how windy it is?
    • The windscreen is removable. The windscreen is very simple to put on and remove depending on the accessory being used, and the weather conditions.

    • Can I put my stove on a tabletop to cook?
    • We do not recommend putting any of our higher BTU stoves with legs on a table, because they get too hot.

  • From Eric Stamper at 3/7/13 9:49 AM
    • I own an Explorer stove and would like to know which griddle will give me the most amount of cooking space? I cook a lot of breakfast meals for scout camps and will be serving several people at once.
    • There are a couple of Griddle styles available that will work on your Explorer stove. However, if you are looking for the most amount of cooking area we'd recommend purchasing our Professional 15" x 32" Griddle model: SG60. This particular griddle will cover both burners, or the full width of you stove and will give you the space to cook several items at once.

Keep the heat out of the kitchen! Review by Joyce
I bought this so that I can cook or boil food items that either heat up my kitchen or stink up the house. Example, sauté green peppers and onions, boil corn on the cob, steam crabs or boil potatoes.

I have also used a cast iron Dutch oven to roast a chicken with beautiful results. I have a gas grill that I use all the time but this camp stove gives more versatility. It can easily hold 2 large pots or pressure cookers- Can't wait to canning season to start!

I have the stove on my concrete patio, which is slightly tilted to keep the water draining away from the house. Having the adjustable legs allowed me to level the stove perfectly.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Now that I have it I have added the BBQ box on my wish list. :) (Posted on 7/14/14)
