    • Is there a Cast Iron or Stainless Steel version of this product?
    • The only 14" x 32" griddle we carry is the Professional Flat Top (SG60), which is a 7 gauge professional steel.

    • My son has food allergies; can you please tell me what ingredients are used to pre-season to a "true Seasoned Finish"? He is anaphylactic to wheat, rye, barley, oat, egg, peanut and tree nut. Thank you.
    • We use only palm oil for our True Seasoned Finish.
